What's included with each visit
Each visit lasts up to 20 minutes. Care is based on your pet's routine and may include feeding, fresh water, a potty break or short walk, litter care, basic cleanup, playtime, and a photo update. Not every item applies to every pet, and everything fits within the visit.

Additional fees
The first two pets are included, the additional-pet fee counts dogs and cats only, so rabbits, hamsters, and fish never add a per-pet charge. Each additional dog or cat is $5 per day, charged once per day, not per visit. Additional charges may apply when pets require separate walks, separate feeding routines, or care that cannot be completed within the regular 20-minute visit.
New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve. Charged once per service day, never per visit, for example, two regular visits ($10) on a holiday total $20 for that day. Visits per day: 1–4 for any booking; 3 or 4 visits on a school day are reviewed case-by-case, and Kamryn will confirm she can fit them around school.
Dog Walks and Potty Breaks
A short leash walk or yard potty break is included with each pet-care visit. Short walks generally last 5 to 10 minutes and are completed within the visit's 20-minute time limit. The exact walking time depends on the pet's feeding, water, cleanup, and other care needs.
Extended Walk: add an extended walk of up to 20 minutes for $5 per walk. Extended walks are separate from the regular pet-care visit and are available when additional exercise or walking time is requested. When two dogs can be walked together safely, the short walk is part of the regular visit; when dogs must be walked separately, each separate walk is a $5 extended walk.
Plant Watering
Watering for up to five plants is included with pet-care visits. Plants may be indoors, outdoors, or a combination of both. Each additional group of up to five plants costs $10 per day.
You pick which days your plants need water when you book. Only those days are charged, not every day of the stay.
Example: a customer has 10 plants that need watering for two days. The first five plants are included. The additional five plants cost $10 per day. The total plant-watering charge is $20.

How booking works
Send a request. About a minute, pets, dates, care notes. No account, no card, no payment on the site. Sending a request does not reserve the dates.
Kamryn reviews and replies within 24 hours. If the dates don't work, she'll suggest near ones.
Approved → payment instructions. Once the booking is reviewed and approved, payment instructions will be provided. Bookings totaling $20 or less must be paid in full when approved; bookings over $20 require a 50% deposit, due within 24 hours of approval. Requested dates are confirmed only after the required payment is received.
Pay the remaining balance before the first visit. The balance is due at least 24 hours before the first scheduled visit, you'll get a reminder with a one-tap link about 72 hours ahead. Payments are processed through a parent-managed account.

Pooledale Farm Pet Sitting is a youth-run neighborhood business with parental supervision. Sending a request does not reserve the dates. Once the booking is reviewed and approved, payment instructions will be provided. Bookings totaling $20 or less must be paid in full when approved. Bookings over $20 require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due at least 24 hours before the first scheduled visit. The deposit or full payment is due within 24 hours of approval. Payments are processed through a parent-managed account. Cancel 3 or more days ahead and the deposit is refunded or kept as credit (your choice). With less notice it becomes credit for a future booking. Not offered: overnight stays, boarding, or injectable medications. Oral and topical medications are case-by-case.
